Chapter 1:
The feint cry of a human startled a young black haired girl as she awoke from unconsciousness. The last thing she remembered was her parents giving her tickets to a surprise trip. She was confused as she was supposed to land in Puerto Rico, not a jungle.
Once agin she heard the cry of the human. This time noticing it was a male calling for help.
She tried to wipe the sweat that was now starting to drip off her ear, when a searing pain filled the right side of her head. She stopped to examine her hand, noticing blood. She then looked at the small puddle of sweat that had began to form, noticing instead of sweat, blood.
Her wound wasn't going to last long without getting infected. She rapidly ripped off a piece of her pants legging and wrapped it over the wound. Trying to hold back the scream, she heard the call of an animal she'd never heard before.
She got up steadily, not wanting to strain her head, when a rustle in a bush outside of the plane startled her. She walked into the cockpit to see if she could find anything to eat. All she found was peanuts. Kind of useless because of her peanut allergy.
She then heard the call again. This time louder. She quickly got out of the cockpit, grabbed her pack from the cabin, and stepped outside to find out where she was.
