Chapter 1: Strange new things

The day started off pretty normally, Tai, Matt and a few other digi-destined were in the digiworld, relaxing by a waterfall that created a little lagoon. The water was crystal clear and shining in the bright sun. It was hot outside where they were too. Tai and Matt sat by the water holding hand. Matt sighed happily and said "I love you Tai~" in a dreamy voice.
Tai kissed Matt on the cheek, making him blush and replied "and of course I love you to~"
They sat the having their little love chat while Izzy, as normal was sitting down, leaning against a tree with his computer in his knee. Joe where playing with Gomamon and the other digimon was playing hide and seek. Eventually they got hungry. Matt stood up and said "I'll get the food" Matt went over to some backpacks and picked up the stuff they had packed. It was some sandwiches with different toppings like, ham, cheese and chicken on.
Matt places all the sandwiches on a plate on the ground and let everybody pick. Izzy took 2 and went back to his computer program he was messing around with. Joe and the digimon ate to. Matt and Tai share a couple of sandwiches together. The whole gang continued their day in the digiworld happily. Still spending time in the lagoon together. Izzy even joined Joe and the digimon's game. When the most of the gang was tired and the sun was low on the sky, they decided it would be the best to go home to the real world for now. But what they didn't know was that they are now trapped in the digiworld. As they got to the port out they realized it wasn't working. "What the hell!?" screamed Matt. "Why isn't it working?" Joe said worriedly. Tai had an poker face; he had no clue what to do. They tried different solutions but nothing worked. "this is pointless we have to do something" Izzy stated, "but I don't know what.." he added quickly. Everybody sighed, what were they supposed to do now? Nobody had a clue. They sat down on the ground, forming a circle like when you play 'spin the bottle'. They were getting more tired as the times passed. After half an hour T.K had fallen asleep in Matt's lap. The clock was about half past 8. Everyone was worried, will they ever get home again? What will happen? It was a bit hard to keep calm but they managed to do it.
After much talk about what to do they decided to all get some sleep.
"should someone stand guard for the night?" Tai asked. "I'm not sure, I don't think that's necessary actually" Matt stated. "You sure Matt?" Joe was a bit scared, "shouldn't we be careful now when we don't know what's going on?" he wondered. Matt thought before wanting to answer but he was interrupted but Tai. "Nah it's ok Joe, chill"
Joe sighed in defeat, he couldn't stay awake the whole night and arguing with Tai was no option. "I think we actually packed some tents here" Matt began to dig in one of the backpacks, pulling out a very big tent; big enough for everyone to fit in. After another half an hour, the tent was up. Everyone crawled inside. Matt and Tai cuddled up to each other while the other kept some distance but not to much. It was a cold night and they had a hard time falling asleep. The wind was tugging the tent but not much. The air inside the tent was cold but after some struggling they managed to fall asleep. Not knowing that much was changing around them. The digiworld was slowly merging together with another world, full with other so-called monsters, they where not digimon though. The other world was the world of, pokemon.
