Rise and shine sleeping beauty!" Bee smirked opening the window.
Barricade grunted as sunlight struck under his eye-shields, and he blinked them open and stared up into the grinning, sarcastic face of Bumblebee.
"What do YOU want, of all 'bots?" Barricade grumbled, going to roll over and shut his eyes again.
"Oh, nothing at all, just wanted to wake you up after THREE DAYS OF SLEEP!"
"WHAT?" Barricade bolted upright, looking around.
"The fact is, we had to put you asleep to work on your face, it's been damaged horribly!"
"WHEN? HOW?" Barricade cried, utterly shocked by this news. What was going on?
"Well, um..." Bumblebee paused, and Barricade noticed him holding something behind his back.
"What's that?" he pointed out suspiciously.
"Well, it's a mirror..." Bumblebee said slowly, withdrawing it carefully but not letting it near Barricade's face. His optics narrowed as he watched Bumblebee try and hide it behind his back again.
"No! Let me see what's happened!" Barricade snapped, almost desperately. He reached for the mirror, but Bumblebee eluded it from his grasp.
"Were not exactly finished with the repairs, and the ugliness could traumatize you, buddy!" Bumblebee said warningly, brandishing the mirror and allowing it to be snatched away by the impatient robot. Suddenly nervous, Barricade closed his eyes and brought the glass up in front of his face, breathing in deeply.
Slowly, he opened his optics.
"UGLY, AM I?" Barricade howled, seeing his reflection show him he was perfectly fine and looking up to see Bumblebee laughing hysterically. Barricade threw the mirror, missed, and got up to tackle him down.
"Sorry, I asked Ratchet, he said there was nothing we could do to repair such a HIDEOUS dis-figuration!" Bumblebee cried, laughing harder as Barricade began to chase him around. "GET BACK HERE! I'LL SHOW YOU WHO'S UN-REPAIRABLE! YOU WANT UGLY? I'LL MAKE YOU UGLY!"
"And they're at it again." Robin said shortly, rolling her eyes and continuing to walk by them.
