"Okay, Boots. Don't make too much noise and follow me," Gregor said.

"Gee-go, we go for a walk?" Boots responded.

"Yes, Boots. We go for a walk," Gregor sighed.

Obviously, the Queen of Underland had no time for the Overlander warrior.

Gregor had placed the letter in the laundry room months ago, as an invitation to take Luxa to the park.

He thought it would be a way to pay his debt for some of his wonderful time down in the Underland.

Even if Luxa didn't think of it as a debt, he still wanted to be nice to her.

Why?

Gregor had asked the same question to himself, but he never found an answer.

Besides, he had concluded a long time ago, I don't have to explain it to anyone.

There they were, in the laundry room.

Since he fell into the Underland, the laundry room was always off- limits to him.

If he was found with Boots while walking toward the laundry room, he figured that he could tell his mother that he was just taking a walk with Boots.

Gregor and Boots arrived at the laundry room.

There was no letter.

Gregor had anticipated this, but seeing so made him feel miserable.

Then, Gregor sensed a little shuffling behind him.

"Were you looking for me?" A familiar voice asked.
