Niko had left Happiness Island after he killed Pegorino. He called everyone he knew and told everyone that he was going to leave Liberty City. He did so on a boat he magically poofed up from his phone two days later. He left the bay, and said, "My work in Liberty City is done." He traveled for weeks and was able to survive on a big sac full of granola bars and water. Suddenly he had a call on his phone. He answered it and said, "Hello?" a low deep Russian voice then said, "You can't escape me, Bellic! I will find you anywhere and everywhere!" It was Ray Bulgarin! There was some service where he was, and the Russian was closing in on Niko! "Leave Me Alone, Bulgarin!" Niko Yelled in the phone. Just then, his boat was hit by another boat that belonged to Bulgarin!
From that hit, Niko flew out of the boat, and surprisingly landed on a beach. He looked up to see a boy and girl with a white dragon and a little light orange rodent with ears shaped like a V. the two saw what was going, so the boy told the rodent, who he called Victini, to use something called "Blast Burn", while the girl told the white dragon, who she called Reshiram, to use something called "Fusion Flare" when they said that, the Victini creature blasted fire from its hands, and the Reshiram Creature blasted a giant ball of fire from its mouth! The fire headed straight toward the boat Bulgarin was in and the boat exploded! His corpse was burnt and basically a black skeleton. That was the end of Bulgarin.
Niko asked the two kids, "Why did you help me?" The boy said, "A Lucario sensed you and told us that you gave off good aura." Niko was confused. He asked, "What the Hell is a Lucario?" the boy laughed and said, "he's right….here….? Where is he?" Niko was worried that these were escaped mental patients. Niko said, "Eh, what are your Names?" The boy said, "My name is black. And this is White." The girl then sighed and rolled her eyes. Then she said, "Those are our nicknames. My name is Hilda Luz. This guy is Hilbert Oscuro." Hilbert snapped at Hilda, Yelling, "Goddamnit, Cabrona! You know I hate being called Hilbert!" Niko, who didn't want anyone to get hurt, butted in and said, "Hey, Come On! Don't worry, man. I'll call you Black, Alright? Don't freak out." Hilda tapped Niko on the shoulder, and asked out of curiosity, "Not to be rude or anything, but Where are you from, and more importantly, who are you?" Niko got up off the sand and said, "I am Niko Bellic. I come from Liberty City. It is a couple months away from here. I just couldn't take it there anymore. I guess I'll be wandering around here from now on. Where am I anyway?"
Black told Niko," right now, you crashed in Undella Town in the Unova Region. Hilda and I were going to just explore the region on our own. You wanna come with us?" As Niko thought about it, he said, "Sure. But I really need to get to a hospital or something. I landed pretty hard on my ass."
