You don't need to do much to be a hero. You don't need to be much. Just being there is sometimes enough.
"I don't think I could ever do that," V-mon said. "I mean, staying with Daisuke if he went out and began doing all of this. I don't think I could stand by him. I would have to fight him. Because then that wouldn't be Daisuke anymore."
The digimon sighed heavily.
"And still, he stayed with. He helped you. He never even considered going away. Because that's how Wormmon is. He believes in people. And more than anything, he believes in you. But me? I don't think I'd be able to trust Daisuke that much."
"Know what?"
V-mon looked up at the teen.
"What, Ken?"
Ken smiled.
"I think you should tell him that yourself."
V-mon glanced over to where Wormmon was sitting on a rock and staring in the distance. He looked back at Ken and smiled himself, stepping forward and giving a quick hug.
"You're right," he said, skipping over to the green child digimon.
