The Tragic Death of The Fop's Favorite Book Character
"Oh my gosh…" The fop murmured as he lowered his book. "Oh. My. Gosh."
"What is it, Raoulkins?" Christine asked with concern as she noticed the tears in her husband's eyes.
"I just… I can't believe it… I thought… I thought he was good…" He muttered to himself.
"What is it?" Christine huffed, getting a little impatient by now.
"This just ruins it for me! How could he do such a thing? Now my favorite book character is gone! He was my hero! I can't believe it! I just can't! No, I won't believe it! I won't!" He stood, shaking with rage, pounding on the novel.
"Believe what?" Christine tried, shaking Raoul's shoulders. "Tell me, what is it?" She glanced down at the book that Raoul had been obsessing over. It was the sixth in a series, and he had been glued to it since the day he'd received all seven in a package a week ago. The package was mysteriously signed "O.G." Now, Christine knew that the books were supposed to distract Raoul from her. And it was working.
"Fine, Raoul, if you won't tell me, then I'll just leave!" She declared. But the fop still wasn't listening.
"I can't believe he killed him! I thought that they were on the same side! He trusted him! Oh, the horror!" Raoul continued yelling as his eyes flowed with tears.
"Did you hear me, you darn fop? I'm leaving! I'm going to live with ERIK if you don't tell me what happened right now!"
The fop turned to her, startled. He took a deep breath, as if saying this were the hardest thing he'd ever done.
"Snape killed Dumbledore."
