Since the destruction of the Castle That Never Was, Maleficent and Pete had to find a place to live. They resided in a mansion, near Bar Harbor. Maleficent refused at first because she didn't like the sun or ocean, but Pete knew she liked the cold, and he knew she would like it during the wintertime.
It was eight in the morning. Maleficent was sitting down drinking coffee, while reading an article about the history of Halloween.
Pete was in the living room watching a Once Upon A Time marathon.
Maleficent put the article down and went to go sit next to him.
"Tonight is Halloween", Maleficent said with an evil grin.
" I' m thinking these little brats needs a good fright", she said laughed.
"It is Trick or Treat", she said smiling.
" Do you have something in mind?", Pete asked. " A few things", Maleficent smiled.
"Like?" Pete questioned, a bit afraid to know what she was planning.
" Having a bucket of acid fall on the kids when they step onto the porch. Or have cannons fire when they step onto the property. "Maybe even hide heartless in the bushes and once their about to leave, let them jump all over the brats," Maleficent planned, being so proud of herself for coming up with these brilliant ideas.
" We want to scare them not get arrested," Pete stated trying to pursue her those ideas would cause many problems.
"Hmm, I may have a good idea," Pete smiled.
A little girl wearing an Aurora costume ran up to the house. She didn't notice the statue of the an evil fairy, with horns and the big cat in front of the house. She rang the doorbell, but there was no answer. She rang again and then yelled "Anyone home"? There was no reply. Just when she was about to leave she heard a woman's voice. "You shouldn't be here child". The girl turned around no one was there. She then heard a mans voice. "You shouldn't have come by yourself".
" Don't fret, you won't be alone for long," the woman's voice said. The girl was now very frightened. She didn't know what to do, where to go. She ran to get out of there, but heartless started popping out from the ground and she stopped. She screamed and Maleficent goons started to appear. Then ghost flew all around her and zombies climbed out from the earth. She ran toward the gate, but Pete jumped in front of her. "Remember this and never come back or we'll do something really horrible," Pete laughed. Maleficent then chimed in "And you should tell your parents, to stop buying you a costume from the dollar store." Maleficent smiled at the child. Maleficent's appearance alone frightened the child. Her smiling made it even more unsettling. The girl screamed loudly and ran fast out of there. Maleficent and Pete were on the floor laughing.
They were interpreted by a boys voice. " That was cruel," he said. They both turned around. It was the runt with the keyblade. "You'll pay for that someday," he said annoyed. "What are you doing her runt?" Pete questioned annoyed. "I'm here with Riku and Kairi. We're on vacation."
Maleficent and Pete looked at each other.
" Who comes here in the fall for vacation?" Maleficent questioned looking at Pete. "More people then you'd expect," Saix bud in, while going by with Axel, Roxas, and Xion.
Maleficent and Pete looked at each other shocked. "I'm going to bed and maybe when I wake up this nightmare will end," Maleficent said going inside. "So am I," Pete said following her.
