Chapter 1- The Begining
A loud voice woke me from my much needed sleep and it took me a second to remember where exactly I was. "Please return to you seats, and fasten your seatbelts." I tuned the rest of what was being said out. I knew the drill; I had done it enough times that I could probably give the speech myself. I chuckled at the thought. I lifted the screen that had been pulled down over the window so that I could sleep and not have the sun waking me. The sight I saw took my breath away. The last time I had the chance to see this view, I had been more than happy to leave, and never look back, and I had done so. I hadn't even spared a glace as I had left my home in Los Angeles. But now…I wish I had. The rising sun's colors reflected beautifully off the surrounding water. I don't know why, but it wasn't until that exact moment that I truly realized that I was returning to a place that I had left five years ago after experiencing so much pain. A single tear formed in my eye 'No' I thought to myself, 'I'm stronger than that.' I hastily wiped it away before it could fall. I used to cry over everything but five years is a long time and I had changed. Both inside and out. The plane landed and as I exited, I wondered what had changed with the people I used to know.
AN: Hey guys! So I have some free time right now, and I just felt the need to write again, so I looked this story up that I started in '04 and shudders it was horrible! (and just first chapter was posted.) I had like 10 chapt. But 2 computers later, they are lost. But that's ok. I didn't like it any way. Anywho…I'm basically re-doing it now that I'm older and more…….what's a good word……mature, or smart. But I'm also going to add some things to. I'm not sure when the next update is but hopefully it will be soon.
