Him, trying to escape from the blasted Academy.

Her, trying to entered the blasted Academy.

Blasted, because thats how he always attempt to escape from the place.

2 years ago, they held hands for the very first time after a weird and funny confession beneath his Sakura tree.

Him, a panicking look and cold sweaty palms.

Her, a shy yet happy look with warm hands.

Really, who is the one with the Fire Alice again?

1 year ago, they were made to fight together against the AAO, because he had the Fire Alice and she had the SEC Alice.

Him, fighting against the enemies harsher than before. Knocking them out with swiftness and force like an impatient monster on the loose.

Her, on the other hand, breeze pass the enemies, knocking them out as she passes. Her actions so graceful yet deadly, like an assassin dancing the waltz of death.

…Isn't he supposed to be the more composed and relaxed one, especially since this is her very first mission?

And now, they are lying on his king size bed together, with her in his arms.

"Ne Natsume, do you believe in opposites attract? I don't."

"Why?"

"Because if it's true, Hotaru's warm, soft hands will be filled with cold hard cash by now."

Tightening his hold on her waist, Natsume spoke with a small smile on his face.

"Hotaru is holding hands with Ruka now, and since Ruka's blackmail materials are her main income, isn't it just like her hands are holding on to cash now?"

'And also, you are with me now.'

Opposites do attract, in ways that you might never know.

A really short drabble i thought of while writing 'Identity', and it didn't turn out exactly the way i wanted it to. (Been obessesing with tragedy genre these days so i was planning to turn this into a tragedy, but somehow... yeah QAQ)

Also, i apologise for the formatting. It was actually done in a way to make reading slightly easier, but FF seems to dislike me, because THEY REMOVED ALL MY FORMATTING! QAQ no matter how many times i redid it, save it, re-upload... it was all removed! QAQ

And i apologise for the late update with 'Identity'! No excuses, i was just too lazy to type out the plots in my brain... *bows* and im too scared to use my laptop these days so i have been using my phone instead. My laptop is 5 yrs old (and counting), meaning that there are problems that are starting to surface. The last time i turned it on the speaker went crazy and started producing screeching noises, before going blue screen and restarted... BUT its okay! i know my little laptop wanna live its life to the fullest! so i will start using it more often! (and because i have to do my project on it too...)
