What was it?
What made it irresistible for the both of them?
Was it their hair? No that wasn't it, a lot of nations had blonde hair.
Maybe it was their interests? The only thing they really shared was their nerdy computer interests. Other than that what could it be? Both had thought this over thousands of times, but they couldn't quite come up with the answer.
They had to find the answer, and they found it one day when they were looking into each other's face they saw the reason why it was so irresistible, so beautiful, and so special that is could tear down any self restraint they had. It was their glasses. They loved the other's glasses, but these weren't just glasses, like Austria's and Sweden's.
They were somehow...... Special. Extra special.
Their glasses allowed them to see each other with perfect clarity. Their glasses showed their beautiful eyes brightly for the whole world to see. Their glasses fit their faces perfectly. But most of all their glasses gave them a common understanding of what the other feels when they have them on. They see the world only through thin pieces of glass, and that is the only thing allowing them to see the world with detail. They look at their history each time they put on their glasses, whether they want to remember it or not, be it good or bad.
Their glasses gave them a reason to hold each other, to kiss each other, to love each other. Because without their glasses, one of them who have bee oblivious and the other would have been and admirer that wouldn't have said a word.
And when they had the answer no one had to say a word, because they both knew through their eyes, but most importantly they knew through their glasses.
