Friend or Lover

Chapter One

Hi, I'm Orianna and I'm an Amazon.

No not like those ones on Xena: the warrior princess or Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.

I know your probably wondering what an Amazon is if they aren't like the ones on Xena or Hercules.

Well let me explain what one is, an Amazon is a being much like a saiyan except they're not from the planet Vegeta there the planet Vegeta's neighbouring planet Amazonia.

Even thought both planets were warriors they never fought amongst each other.

For some reason my mother the queen of the Amazons and Vegeta's father the king of the Saiyans never bothered to wage a war between the two sides.

Yes, that's right I'm Orianna the princess of the Amazons.

Since I can remember Vegeta and I had been a friend.

We did everything together.

We trained together, played together, and fought enemies together.

Yes we were the best of friends, but then when I was about five years old freeza, an evil being, and his henchmen destroyed the planet Vegeta.

Luckily our planet was spared.

After that day I didn't see my friend.

I thought him to be dead and that thought made me sadder than you could imagine.

I grew up training hard, fighting anyone who dared to get in my way, even fighting against my own parents.

I became hateful, cruel, and yes I admit it I became pure evil.

I terrorized other planet's inhabitancies and murdered whole races,

I didn't care what happened to neither me nor anyone else.

All I could think about or care about was training as hard as I could and finding Freeza.

I planned to get revenge.

I planned to make him suffer as I had suffered.

I felt that if I killed him… if I took his life that me knowing that would make the pain stop.

Every night I dreamed of the destruction of the planet Vegeta and my friend.

It was like a constant rerun carrying on in my head.

My deafening screams mixing with the screams of the dying race… my dying friend.
