Sam held his breath. Bit his tongue. He pinched his own thigh. Hard. He drew his bottom lip between his teeth and bit down, he expected to taste blood or his teeth to touch in the middle. He tried to cough instead, but ended up nearly choking.

"Go ahead Sammy, before you give yourself a hernia - I know you're getting a kick out of my misery," Dean muttered, sounding like he stood before a firing squad.

Sam dissolved into hysterics, laughing so hard his legs gave out.

Seeing Dean covered in pink ectoplasm was definitely one for the journals.
