Just... I don't know XD I started writing this as a sweet little fluff and then it got all angsty at the end... Poor Kyoya :'(
Club had finally finished for the day. As the last guest left the room, the whole group let out a collaberative sigh. It had been a very busy and long day indeed, all thanks to Kyoya. He had decided before to do some overtime to make up lost profits. Tamaki couldn't help but wonder where the club would be without him. One by one, the friends parted ways, with quick and weary goodbyes.
"Haruhi? Let Daddy walk you home!" Tamaki exclaimed, leaping to his feet and hurtling towards his precious 'daughter' who promptly opened the door. THUD!
She hadn't noticed anything. "Sorry senpai. Hikaru and Kaoru are giving me a lift today." And with that said, she left a dazed Tamaki sitting on the floor, holding his face. Several seconds passed before a voice finally broke the silence.
"You're bleeding." Tamaki jumped up, and immediately regretted doing so when his head starting throbbing. "Idiot" said the voice.
"Kyoya! You scared me!" he laughed and took the tissue that had been handed to him. Kyoya raised an eyebrow in an amused smirk, the one that always suited him so well and returned silently to his laptop by the window. Tamaki mopped up the blood then moved to stand beside the darker haired boy.
The sun was just setting outside, filling the room with a soft, orange glow. He admired the way Kyoya's dark hair seemingly shimmered in the light, how his brow furrowed at the complicated math he was doing and how his fingers danced, gracefully over the plastic keys. He smiled a knowing smile and sat beside him, resting his head on the shorter boys shoulder. He felt him tense slightly and decided with another smile, this was where he belonged.
"Je t'aime tu, Kyoya" he sighed softly and closed his eyes.
The soft tapping that had filled the room moments earlier abruptly stopped. Kyoya turned his head slightly to look at the blond angel sleeping peacefully beside him. His angel. He watched him for a while, then quietly shut his laptop and buried his face in Tamaki's golden hair. He smiled sadly. For he knew, his feelings would never matter, it could never be. A solitary droplet of water made its way slowly down his cheek. He could never capture his precious angel. Never.
Please Review! I appreciate them! ^^
