Amy stood in the woods surrounded by the Weeping Angels. She tried to walk away while still looking at them. Unfortunatley under her feet were a lot of roots. She stepped on one and canted. For a while she couldn't see anything. She knew that angels were around her and now they can move. She was scared but she knew that the Doctor will help her. He always helps.
At that time the Doctor was in some room. He was closed there and couldn't get out. In that room was one screen. Screen which showed woods with the angels and Amy. He knew she need to get out of woods on her own. If she wouldn't do it… He'd dissapoint her. He always helped her and this time he can't.
The angels were closer and closer to Amy. She knew that the Doctor has already got the plan and will help her. But she was still scared and shouted.
"Doctor!"
He will help me, he will, said Amy to herself in thoughts. She slowly started to get up and then turned up to see face in face the angel.
"No!" shouted Doctor, but no-one could hear him.
It was too late.
Amelia Pond was lying in the woods. She wasn't moving. Dead body of Amelia Pond…
The Doctor looked at the screen blankly. Amy's dead body was lying on the ground and around it stood angels. Doctor wanted to scarem but he couldn't. He just looked at screen. He felt tear on his cheek.
"Amy… Amelia…" The Doctor said quietly to himself.
He promised to protect her. He promised it. No matter what. Anytime and anywhere. Protect her. She always believed he will help her. No matter what the Doctor will come. Earlier or later, but he will. She probably thought that this time I will help her again, he thought. Not this time, Amelia. He thought about little Amelia Pond. When looked at Amy he always thought about little girl who wanted to travel in blue box. And she waited 14 years to finally travel with him and she never stopped believing she will travel someday.
Suddenly doors opened (or rather big wall rose). He looked at it and saw woods. The Doctor looked again at screen and noticed that there weren't angels. Let's try my luck. They can kill me anyway.
The Doctor ran to place where Amy, or dead body of Amy was lying, as fast as possible. He saw her finally. He touched her hair, as always ginger but for him this time it was different. He slowly turned her around to see her face. It was already pale. But it wasn't thing which made the Doctor even more hurt than earlier. It was how her face looked. Her expression. Fear. And her eyes were open. You opened them too late. It was the worst thing for the Doctor. Her fear in second of death was last thing which he wanted to see. The Doctor closed Amy's eyes and took Amy, his little Amelia in his arms.
"I'm so sorry, Amy" he said "I didn't want to- I-" his voice broke "I'm sorry."
The Doctor didn't want to leave Amy here, in woods, around Weeping Angels. He decided took her to the TARDIS.
He found TARDIS easily. In the TARDIS he placed Amy on the floor. He looked at her. Her red hair. Her face full of fear. Her slim body. He touched slightly her lips with his. Then he touched her cheek.
"My little Amelia Pond."
The Doctor stood up and walked to the panel. He wanted to fly away. But he couldn't move any lever. He just stood in front of the panel for a while until he sat down on one of the chairs. He looked at Amy. He always felt some pain when he left someone but he hasn't felt such big pain from very long time. Pain of losing someone forever.
"My Amelia" he whispered to himself.
