Everyone thought that Kol had fled town, specially Klaus, but the truth is, he couldn't quite get himself to leave Mystic Falls yet. There was something else in town that he wanted to visit before leaving.

The secret caves and tunnels under Mystic Falls seemed to be calling Kol and so he rushed there and decided to take a stroll. Kol was different from the others, he didn't care much about his family, he did once, but after centuries of being away from them, he's adjusted to being alone without company, although he attracts quite a lot of attention.

Kol walked and walked, thinking about all of his past adventures before he was daggered by Klaus, he thought of all the women he's been with and how everyone of them had fallen head of over for him, only to be later fed on and killed. He laughed a low quiet laugh, but stopped abruptly when he heard an odd sound, like something moving contained in a wooden box of some sort. Being the curious vampire that he is, he quickly did ran through the tunnels, trying to find where the sound must have came from and when he did, he was became very frightened.

Kol had not been in these tunnels for a long time and did not expect to find anything within them, but there he was standing before a closed coffin.

Kol wondered at first what might be inside and for the first time he feared for his life. As he approached the coffin, he heard another sound from it and stopped, readying himself for what might jump out, but nothing came. Kol relaxed a little and began to walk towards the coffin once more, cautious as ever. When he was finally close enough to open it, he took a deep breath and gripped the lid of the coffin, then quickly swung it open.

He was surprised by what he discovered; it was a woman... no, it was a vampire.

She was colourless and had veins clearly marking against her seemingly delicate skin. Strangely, he found himself reaching towards her face and stroking her cool, pale cheeks, she was definitely a beauty. Her lashes were long and full, her lips were thin and her hair was washed out of colour, but beautifully curled and styled. As he scanned her, he couldn't help but notice her large décolletage which were emphasized by the pink dress that she had on.

As he looked further down, he noticed her fingers flinch and took a quick step back, finally noticing that she had no dagger through her chest; meaning someone may have been there previously and undaggered her.

He moved closer to her body once more and noticed the veins beginning to disappear from her body and face, while she slowly regained her colour. Now he smiled for she was even more beautiful, he hair had become a light golden colour and her lips became red and luscious, along with her quickly becoming, rosy cheeks. Softly, she batted her eyelashes and opened her eyes wide, looking right at Kol with an expressionless face.

"Green eyes… Beautiful." Kol whispered as he looked her in the eyes. Kol reached a hand out to help her out, she seemed so clueless and innocent as she stared at him with large sparkling eyes. She looked at his hand and then back at Kol's welcoming smile and she too smiled, but instead of taking Kol's hand, she got up and threw Kol against the hard wall of the tunnel. Kol groaned in pain as he slid downwards, when he looked up, he saw her rush towards him and before he could move out of the way, she pinned him against the wall, resting her arms across his chest as she hissed at him; veins visible on the skin under her eyes and her fangs showing.

Kol wasn't frightened though, he should've been, but she was so beautiful to his eyes that all fear was gone. "Relax, love." Kol whispered to her, changing his face to match hers.
She growled loudly at him before speaking, "I'm so hungry!"

"I can help with that." Kol told her as he gave her a smug smile.
