A/N: My defense in Alan seeming too loud is that he's very frustrated. And let's just say they have drawing lessons in page training now.

"I give up – this is pointless! Why do we have to learn this? What am I going to do, frighten away enemy knights with my impressive drawing skills or something?"
Liam laughed at his friend's dismay. "Maybe they're hoping to teach the few girl pages something they would learn in the convent," he suggested.
The glare Alan leveled at the prince made it clear he was not amused. "Ha ha," he said dryly. "You're so funny."
Liam shrugged. "It's really not that difficult."
Alan glanced at his friend's paper and gawked. "Easy for you to say. How are you already done?"
The prince shrugged again. "It's not that hard. You're almost done, your person just needs eyes."
"Well, that would be where I'm stuck."
Liam sighed. Gently he grabbed Alan's face and moved it so he was looking directly in to the other boy's eyes. "Draw what you see."
"What?" Alan seemed a bit dazed.
"Just look at my eyes and draw what you see."
Pretending he was calm, that his hear wasn't pounding double time from Liam's touch, he turned away from the other boy's intense stare and back to his almost complete drawing.
It was easier to draw what he saw – especially when what he saw were Liam's gorgeous eyes.
