Mariner
MarineAngemon doesn't know why, but the moment she sees the kind-looking boy with glasses, he knows he's found his partner.
He's never really been interested in fighting, and that's fine, because that boy looks like a pacifist as well, the sort who'd stay behind and watch and cheer in a fight, instead of plunge straight on in. The sort that would go, certainly, to help out his friends when needed, but wouldn't start the fight.
And he was the sort of guy who would put reasoning and healing above fighting on. In otherwords, he was a perfect partner for MarineAngemon.
And he was leaving. So MarineAngemon had just one chance to go with him. Follow him. Sneak into his back pocket – along with an assortment of other things. But that was okay. So long as he got to be with that boy in the end, got to be his partner.
A Digi-Gnome followed them. MarineAngemon chirped at it; it nodded and waved his hands, and MarineAngemon felt something else join him in his pocket. A D-ark.
He snuggled happily into it. Proof that they were destined to be together. And when the boy pulled him out of his pocket, with the D-ark, and looked at the pair in awe, MarineAngemon couldn't have been happier.
