Leon was just a young boy when he was kidnapped, but let's start earlier than that…
Leon was playing with his friends near a river one day having a lot of fun, but it started to get dark out so they knew they all had to get home. So his friends and himself started to head back to town. One of his friends got the idea to play tag, so his friend tagged another. They all ran away from each other, and Leon ran in the semi-opposite direction of town. After a little while it started to get darker out, he was just wandering the woods by this point because he knew it, he was lost. He pretty much gave up hope that his friends were going to find him. It started to get even darker, the sun has just set and Leon could barely see anything more than a foot away from him. He continued walking hoping to find his way out of the woods. Even more time passed and he couldn't see pretty much anything anymore, so he started to feel his way with his hands and a few times, his legs. Now, it was about midnight, Leon was in the middle of making the decision if he should find a place to sleep or continue to try to find his way out of the woods. He chose to start off with just sitting on the cold ground because he's been walking around for hours. As soon as Leon sits down, he closes his eyes, and as soon as he knew it, he was asleep. When Leon woke up, he couldn't remember anything. Nothing. All he saw was a man with big eyebrows, and was speaking a language he couldn't understand. Leon was scared, he had no idea what happened that night before, or anything for that matter of fact. He actually only knew a few things like what his name was and that this wasn't the place he fell asleep, he didn't remember where he fell asleep, but he knew this wasn't it. The man looked down at Leon and smiled, and so Leon gave a small, crooked smile back at this stranger. A few years passed and Leon got a hand on the language he didn't understand a few years earlier, was now known to him as English. The strange man, now known as Arthur, was trying to teach Leon more English. Leon asked why he looked so different than Arthur and some others in this town. Arthur knew this would be asked one day, but today was the day he had to explain. After he explained, Leon was all just shocked that he was kidnapped when he was younger. This made sense to him, but later on at night he knew what he had to do. Well, later at night, around one in the morning, Leon snuck outside onto the roof. Arthur heard this and decided to follow him. Leon stood at the edge of the roof. Arthur realized that Leon was going to jump. Arthur yelled out to Leon that he shouldn't do this, and that he was still so young. Leon didn't care about that at all, he was just so surprised that this man who treated him just like a son, wasn't related to him in the slightest way. He had a feeling, but he just shook that feeling off. Leon looked how far the ground was, he knew if he jumped he couldn't survive, but even that didn't bother him. Leon screamed out, in his native language, "zàijiàn.", or "goodbye.". Arthur tried to stop him, he yelled something at him one last time, but he was to late.. Leon jumped… and Leon closed his eyes. His last sight of the world was a lake and the full moon, a beautiful sight to end with.
A young boy woke up to a man with long hair and a few other children around him. The man with the long hair spoke, "hey, what's your name?" So, the young boy spoke, "I'm the representative of Hong Kong… o-or.." The young boy stuttered "o-or Leon, sir…"
