This is Joe's poem and it's based on the episode "Joe's Battle". I'm sure this is another common theme for a poem. Maybe one day I'll come up with something original. Anyway, it's not real angsty, actually it has sort of an uplifting attitude...I guess. Well, I don't own Digimon so go read, review and enjoy the fic!

It's Joe's Day

I need time alone
Just like Yamato
Cause to find yourself
You need to go

He left a while ago
Now it's my turn
I leave for my search
About myself I will learn

I feel that some things
Must be done this way
I need to understand myself
So I start today

They all think
I'm just a geek
But I'll prove
I'm not that meek

I can be a hero
Just like Taichi
The day will come
When the spotlight's on me

But will they care
Or will they ignore
They always do anyway
They think I'm a bore

Even though I'm forgotten
I own the Reliability crest
But does it suit me
I'll put it to the test

Watch me pull through
I can do this
This window of opportunity
I will not miss

I'll find Matt alone
Victory will be mine
I can't back down
It's my turn to shine

No matter what
I'll pull through
I'll be reliable
