"Where is she? I came as soon as I heard."

"Calm down sir, she's right through that corridor. I'll find some one to escort you to her."

The Doctor finally took a deep breath and attempted to calm both his beating hearts. All he had heard was: River. Prison. Life. She did it again, she managed to screw up just as he had finished fixing her last mess.

A rather tall and bulky man came up to him and motioned to follow him. The cells on their path were filled with tough and angry looking criminals. The kind that nobody wanted to end up next to in a dark alley. Some were sulking in their corners, seemingly sharpening something or other, others were staring at him as he walked by like a piece of meat on a stick. Towards the end of the long corridor was one big and luxurious cell. The bed was bigger than any other inmate's, the table had a vase of roses and a five star meal on a tray. A woman was lying on the bed, legs crossed, one swinging in the air, and her wild hair sprawled out on the pillow. She was humming a low lullaby that the Doctor only heard when he was standing directly in front of the cell.

"Mrs Song, what trouble have you got for me this time?" he said, she stopped her humming and slowly turned around.

"Oh, just another misunderstanding," she said slowly rising from her bed and coming over to the bars. "How was I supposed to know he was a police officer?"

The Doctor looked the beautiful woman up and down. Even from her long and no doubt tedious day her hair still looked perfect. The dark green jumpsuit they put her in was somewhat baggy but hugged her hips beautifully. Whenever she moved it would press up against her skin and reveal another beautiful curve. His weren't the only eyes on her, the guard seemed to be enjoying the view just as much.

"Sweetie, could you bring me some orange juice, please?" she said at the man looking him deep in the eyes. Quickly looking down from embarrassment of getting caught the guard turned around mumbling some words of compliance.

"What happened, River?" the Doctor said intently as soon as they were alone.

"Oh it was nothing..." she said absentmindedly, sliding her hands into his pockets and inching him closer. "I accidentally had a gun on me and was startled by some young man, and he... took it the wrong way. Before I knew it he had me in handcuffs, and not in a good way" she added with a wink. "It was a complete and total injustice!"

Struggling to keep his mind on the task at hand, he broke free and took a few steps back clearing his throat. "Alright, River, you stay here and stay out trouble! I mean it! I'll go talk to the officer in question to see if we can settle this like adults."

"Alright" she said walking back to her bed. Suddenly, noticing some magazine lying beneath it she bent over and the jumpsuit perfectly gripped her gorgeous behind.

She will be the death of me. The Doctor though as he ripped his gaze away and turned around.
