Chapter 1: Kiss me, X
Hiya! I am making a Layer/X fanfic! Yes, you ask "New Shipping?" I gave this thought, and why not make this fic! Hope ya enjoy, Corey!
As the dark sky of moonlight washed in, X, the blue bomber. Looked up at the sky. Thinking of a girl, he REALLY loves. Layer. He had loved her. She was everything. X knew he would have her, though. She loved Zero... Only him. And it hurts him to think of it.
"Layer..." X thought, "I love you..."
But somewhere, Layer was crying. She cried, and cried more. Layer couldn't control herself. X heard crying. He frowns, as he saw Layer crying. Why of course, he went to follow. He was concerned.
"Layer?"
"Huh?" Layer looked up, "Oh! X, I..."
"Why are you crying?" X frowns. He was concerned. "What happened, Layer?"
"I... I told Zero, I love him..." said Layer.
X's heart crushed. He spoke softly. "Oh, I see." He looked away. So she told him, huh? Layer soon breaks down into more cries.
"He... He doesn't like me that way!" Layer cries, hiding her face with her hands. X grew sad, he embraced the Navigator. Layer blushed. She continued, "He still loves that Iris..."
X spoke, "Layer... You know, Zero loves Iris."
"True..." Layer looks down sadly. Then she blushed and looked at X, "X..."
"Yes?" X asked as he looks at Layer.
"K-Kiss me." Layer blushed darker, X blushed too.
"W-What? K-Kiss you?" X stammered, he was nervous. Layer asked him to kiss her...!
"Kiss me." Layer's face grew darker. "I... X, I love you!" with that, she kissed the Hunter. X's eyes widen and he blushes as he takes the kiss. For what seemed like hours, Layer pulls away.
"Layer," X grins at her. "I love you too..."
Authors note: Okay! Clearly, I sound too romantic. Welp, Corey and I ship Layer and X~! We do! *He laughs*
Layer: O_o!
X: ...
Me: *Gives Layer a flower*
Layer: *Blushed* ...
Me: Skip with me! o3o *Skips with Layer*
X and Zero: GET BACK HERE?! HUH?! YOU LOVE LAYER TOO?! RAA!
