Another day
of crimson eyes,
a form of a twisted lullaby.
Another night that
I won't let you see,
The nightmares take over me.
I saved your life,
let you live a lie...
all while I slowly die.
I never meant those deaths,
If it was up to me they
would still have life left.
Another life I live,
letting real purpose waste
away in a sick lullaby.
So different from what
she used to sing,
to ease you into peaceful dreams.
A sickness wastes me away,
hopefully you can still become
a hero by ending my days...
I wont let you hear the truth,
I rather you hate me
then for me to destroy your youth.
