"Hello?" I ask answering the unknown number. "Hey, Jennel.. Its Dianna." I smiled, Demi's Mom. "Oh, Hello Mrs De La Garza." "Im gonna come right out and say it, Demi misses you like crazy and we love her and all but we cant stand her, so we are inviting you to come stay with us for Christmas, in Texas. I know you'll be away from your family, but you are a apart of our family now." She finished her little speech. I smiled, "Id love to." I said.
I was at the airport, waiting for Demi's mom to come pick me up. To say i was nervous would be an understatement. This was the first time meeting Demi's family as her girlfriend, not just her contestant. I saw Demi's mom wave at me, and i smiled walking toward her. "Hello!" She said, giving me a quick hug. "Cmon, we got to get you home before Demi."
I got to Demi's house in Texas and it was beautiful. I was thankful the car ride wasnt awkward. I smiled at Demi's house, it was so Demi. "Come with me." Dianna smiled at me before leading me to the living area, where there was a box. "Okay, Demi will be home soon and we're gonna put you in that box. Its okay you will be able to breathe." She giggled, just like Demi does. I smiled "alright, i can do that." I hoped in the box and they wrapped it up.
After about 10 minutes, I heard Demi's voice. It got closer and closer and I smiled. I had missed that beautiful voice of hers. "Demi, i know Christmas isnt until tomorrow, but we want you to open one of your presents early." I heard Dianna say. "Really?" I heard Demi say, excited. "Yes." Dianna giggled. "Which one?" Demi asked. "That one." Dianna replied. I heard Demi's footsteps get closer to the box, then the top started to open up, I looked up to see Demi's face looking back at me shocked. "MERRY CHRISTMAS!" I said, jumping up grinning at her. "JENNEL!" She said, hugging me. "I missed you." She whispered in my ear, "I missed you too." I said hugging her tighter.
