Well...here's a fic written by me... It's my first Escaflowne fic and I'm trying my best on it. I hope you like it. I know this might stink, but oh well... I accept flames. I would like any people who read my fics to tell me the truth. I would like to know what you really think. I don't like people who don't tell me the truth. If you don't like it, tell me and I'll be sure to make my next fic better. To those of you who gave me compliments, I am very thankful. Hitomi's Point Of View....
Where are you? I miss you a lot....You don't know how much. I wonder if you remember me. I sure remember you clearly. The way you smiled at me was like an angel. What am I talking about? You are an angel. Your wings were snow white. I could picture you right now...flying....carrying me in your arms....smiling in the sun. I can see it all now....but that's just in my dreams. I wish you were right by my side this second. I would run into your arms and stare into your amber eyes...and smile the best smile I could for you. I would lay my head gently upon your shoulder, close my eyes and remember all we have been through together. Is it too late to tell you? yes it is.... We're too far apart to tell each other....if only I had my pendant. but i had given it to him as a farewell gift. I know now that I should've said what was on my mind, but I kept quiet. My love...I miss you so....I can still see you though as clear as ever...Van.
She stared up into the night sky. There, in the center of the sky, outshining all the other stars was a bright red one... She now knew that Van would always be watching over her no matter how far they were away from each other. She stared into it and whispered, " Aishiteru Van. Aishiteru..." and closed her eyes under the night sky. The star twinkled once and faded with a wink. Just before she opened her eyes again, she heard a voice, " Aishiteru Hitomi..." Hitomi opened her eyes slowly and smiled for the first time in years. A few minutes later..she had fallen asleep. Out of the caml sky blew a soft wind carrying a snow white feather..."This is for you" the wind whispered....and laid the feather in her hands.
