I'm Sorry, I Love You
Remus walked passed a classroom and noticed a figure crouched in front of the teacher's table. He noticed the lack of pride in her stance and walked in, "Tonks?"
Nymphadora Tonks looked behind her, glanced at Remus with tears in her eyes, and looked back at the teacher's table, "look, Tonks," Remus sighed, "I'm sorry, I was thinking more about your safety than your love for me," Tonks looked behind her once
again and turned, her face lit up a bit.
Remus walked towards her and placed his hands around her hips, "I'm sorry" he said again,"everyone I loved is gone, Sirius, James, Lily, Peter, Sirius and Peter again, and now Dumbledore, everyone, except you, I Love you, Tonks,"
Remus observed the slight smile on Tonks' face and soon the roots of her hair turned pink again; he missed the pink. "I love you too, Remus Lupin, come closer," she said, smiling, and he obeyed.
Remus could smell her sweet scent as he went in, their noses touching, Tonks' arms were around his neck, his hands tangled in her hair; their lips meet. Pulling away from Remus, Tonks said "Remus, you finally got some sense knocked into you," and
pushed his lips against hers.
And now there was a little more love in the world...
