I Know The Truth
Although you tell me otherwise,
I have fallen in love with you.
Although you treat me as any other girl,
I still try my best to get your attention.
Although you don't care,
I'm probably the most happiest girl in the world to be in your team.
Although you say we're only in your way,
I know you're just trying to protect us.
Although you think you're not good enough,
I think you're the best there is - I still do.
Although you were merely unconcious while helping Naruto,
I couldn't supress my tears.
Although you were attacked by Orochimaru,
I wanted to share that unbearable pain.
Although you forced me to keep your mark a secret,
I was a bit happy that we shared a secret.
Although you pushed away my apples,
I felt you tremble when I hugged you.
Although you intended to leave without permission,
I just knew.
And,
although you knocked me out cold after begging helplessly for you to stay,
you thanked me.
Sasuke, even though you're gone,
I know that you're coming back.
And when you're back,
I'll tell you that I've always known.
I've always known the truth.
