Press and Seal This is a shorty and I did it while writing Finally. One of my brothers did a rant about the Glad Press and Seal and I couldn't resist using it. SO here it is. I don't own Inuyasha or Glad Press and Seal.
Press and Seal
"Ah, damn it."
"Inuyasha, what's wrong now?"
Kagome and Inuyasha are at Kagome's house and Inuyasha was trying to help her with packing her stuff. The key word there is "trying". He had tried to cook on the stove and nearly burned the house down in the process. He tried helping with packing the lunches and only succeeded in eating a little bit of everything Kagome made. He had even tried to help her pack her over stuffed book bag. The only thing he accomplished through this was tearing the bag.
"Inuyasha, what was that?"
"Nothing Kagome."
"Inuyasha."
"In-u-yash-a, I suggest you put that down."
"Ahhhhh… you're a great cook, Kagome."
"SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT." (You can guess what happened.)
After he pulled himself out of the hole and since he's failed at everything given to him thus far, Kagome gave him the simple task of wrapping food with Press and Seal. She had shown him a couple of times how to do it and he seemed to have picked up on what to do. The key word there being "seemed", because when Kagome walked back into the room there was Inuyasha completely covered in the press and seal wrapping.
"You were supposed to wrap the food with the stuff, Inuyasha, not yourself."
"Well let's see you do it then if you're so good at it," fumed Inuyasha.
"With pleasure." Kagome did do it; in fact she managed to wrap ten food items compared to his one.
"How do you do that" asked Inuyasha in awe, "I mean I can't even do one right, let alone ten, and you just wrap the food like it's nothing and you do this everyday. First off, the stuff sticks to the box it comes out of. Second, it then sticks to you and it's a pain to get off cause then it some how sticks to itself. Finally, you have such a small space to do everything in. Then I may even tear it with my claws, which is even more of a hassle. How do you do it?"
"Simple," Kagome said while grabbing some of the wrap off of Tessaiga, "you just press and seal."
