Proloque: The Quest
Percy's P.O.V.
Man. Camp has been super boring lately. Like more than usual when no quests have been happening. So right now I Percy Jackson, reluctant hero of the Titan and Giant War, am going to the Athena to get some, "happy times" with my lovely girlfriend Annabeth. Suddenly, right before I took the first step into the Cabin, Lord Hermes flashed in front of me. "Perce. Hows it going?" "Boring. Been doing nothing but banging Annabeth which is fun and eventful especially when we role play, but I've been hankering for a quest." "Well today is your lucky day then. For Apollo has lost his boombox and is wondering if you'll go find it. He's warning you though, if you turn it on, everyone in the vicinity will start break dancing or something. He thinks the Titans have it and are planning to use it to cause the gods to lose focus dancing while they topple their thrones." "It may not be the most ideal quest but I'll take it. Can I bring Annabeth, Travis, and Will?" "Yeah. Sure." "ALRIGHT! ANNABETH, BAE! GET READY, WE GOTTA GUEST TO GO ON! WAHOOO!"
Hermes P.O.V.
Poor demigod. With his little ADHD brain, he'll feel compelled to turn on the boombox. It'll still be funny though. With that Hermes flashed to Olympus, called the gods, and iris messaged Percy and Co. so they could laugh and watch the quest. Which by the way, Hermes orchestrated for a laugh.
