No Hard Feelings
Once that the mission was over, everyone was heading back to Tracy island. Gordon felt a little uneasy because he thought he had treated TB2 badly while flying her. Virgil had seen the look on his little brothers face and know that something was up with Gordon. Somehow Virgil knew that Gordon joking about could be that he was nervous because Virgil was going to ask him to fly two. While Virgil and Gordon were flying back, Virgil decided to talk with Gordon just to find out what was going on in his head. He didn't say too much when they dropped passengers off home.
"Gordon are you alright? You seemed very odd when I ask you to take over two for me"
"If I am honest Virgil you took me right out of my comfort zone, Okay I wasn't happy about it but in saying that I know that you did it for a reason" said Gordon
"You know Gordon I wasn't ready to hand TB2, I didn't think that I would be doing all the rescuing. Apart from Scott having to come a rescue me from the tube when it spite in half. Gordo you did a brilliant job with two. So why are you getting so upset?"
"I don't know, I guess that I was scared of your reaction to me taking control, you seem to be a little tease but then again you seemed okay when you let Alan take the controls"
"Is that what has been bugging you? Yes, you were out of your comfort zone and that was a big step for you to take. As you know Alan loves speed but I wanted to give him a chance with this big girl because he always Jokes about TB2. Gordon there is no difference between you and Alan, you both did a great job. Okay I usually do check out TB2 after every mission but that is just me." Said Virgil
"Thanks for being here to talk to me Virgil, I just felt awful about what I was thinking about but I am happier now"
"So, no hard feelings then?" asked Virgil as he gave Gordon a brotherly high five.
