~~PROLOGUE~~

A young roe deer was born to a young doe in the thicket. He was named Bambi and he was the son of The Great Prince Of The Forest. He was originally going to be the next Great Prince once his father should die, and then he should take over and become the next Great Prince Of The Forest.

His mother was the mate of The Great Prince and The Great Princess Of The Forest.

Bambi's mother loved her new-born son and promised to protect him from everything that would harm him. His father barely paid attention to that he had a son now, though. And Bambi's mother couldn't blame him; he was The Great Prince after all, and had many duties to attend to.

Bambi's mother hasn't talked with her mate for a few weeks now. Although she was being watched by The Great Prince sometimes, and he ''did'' know about his son's birth, but he didn't care to come down and congratulate his mate or show himself to his son.

As Bambi's mother knew, Bambi won't know his father until he's old enough for her to take him to the meadow, where the young stags in the forest gallop every day, and where The Great Prince merely appears every day.

Her sister Ena also had a pair of fawns last day; a daughter Faline and a son Gobo. Also, few young stags who were living in the forest were the fathers of few male deer's, but all of them didn't care to know if they had children or not.

All of them shouldn't know anything about all the new-born fawns until they all were old enough to go to the meadow.

And Bambi's mother was going to raise him like she wanted. He'd grow into a great deer and will also be a great king one day.

Bambi's mother hoped everything would go well for Bambi.
