Ok! So I am terribly sorry for the really really long wait on the champions academy arc to be redone but I have returned after a hiatus to begin my new years revolution even though its a bit too late but who cares! I want to re write most of my stories after gaining some creative ideas and inspirations and turn them into even better stories than before, so for this story I'm going to need entirely new OC's, they can be the same as those I recieved before but they need a revamp on their Submissions, so please send them in and I'll let you know what I think, I hope you'll all like what I plan to do with this. (Meteorite falls/Hoenn)
Bubbles rose from the surface of the water, she gasped to the fresh air being taken in through her flaring nostrils,her hair flipped back, releasing the water absorbed into her light platinum blonde locks. Her steel light eyes shifted down to the mysterious rainbow stone in her palm, glowing so beautifully she was immediately hypnotized.
"Another one…." she clenched it into her palm, staring up at the large waterfall she was in front of, a smile forming on the corners of her rosy lips.
"A new day….a new school year….a new start…." she gave off a chuckle, circling her head around when a beautiful serpent like pokemon appeared from beneath the water.
"Did you find anything else Milotic?" it shook it's head in disappointment, she pat it with a warm smile.
"It's ok, maybe next time, at least we found this beauty". she showed the glowing rainbow colored stone to her pokemon who squealed in a warm tone towards it.
"They'll serve a great purpose to us in the future…..I just know it". she jumped out of the water and onto the rocky ground, grabbing her white cape and covering her drenched figure with it, the light shining down through the tiny holes had illuminated the golden stitching on her cloak.
"Luciana….". she twirled around, now coming face to face with a handsome white haired boy, his violet eyes piercing through hers so seriously, yet she thought nothing of it.
"I see you came all this way to get me, how loyal you are". he rolled his eyes to her teaseful giggling.
"Yeah well...the academy can't be without it's Queen, I came to take you back, the frontiers may have been happy that you were gone, but the Elites need you, pretty soon, the students of Champion's will be arriving, old and new".
"Won't this be an exciting year, what do you think? Zero". He sighed in an irritated tone, grabbing the blondes belongings off the floor and snatching her white cape off, "You shouldn't soak your queen's cloak, it's a royal item passed down from title holder to title holder…...here". he took off his black trench coat, wrapping it around the girls petite frame that it nearly covered all of her.
"What would I do without you, heh". she giggled quietly under her breaths, holding a black and gold luxury ball towards Milotic who began glowing red, "Return". she called, watching as the beauty based pokemon faded within the device.
"I wouldn't know, you're a complete mystery to everyone, including me, that is why I am here, to watch over you and make sure no havoc rises". a fake pout grew on her lips.
"Yet, you know me so well…" She sighed, "..alrighty then…..let's head back to the academy, my work here is done….for the moment". she flipped her wet locks aside, a fierce aura grew around her being noticed by the white haired boy who smirked at her sudden change of attitude.
"I assume the golden envelopes were distributed to the people I specifically requested, correct?"
"When an order is requested by the queen herself, it becomes first priority, I assure you, we have done what was asked".
She continued walking ahead of him, a devilish grin growing, "Excellent, then let the fun begin".
Summary: Champion's academy, a holy sanctuary that has withstood many disastrous events, built by the first people, the school has stood its ground, carrying many priceless memories, a dark history, and a chain of secrets locked behind it's walls. Students expect to hone their skills and grow stronger with their pokemon, but what they didn't expect is a crumbling tower of truth falling over them, they'll discover the exact reason why they were invited to the Academy, who is behind the menacing chaos disrupting the school's holy grounds, and just what their true purpose in the pokemon world is. Being the best there ever was doesn't always have to be through the path of a trainer.

And now for a bit of information involving the story:
Elites- One of the top two dominant groups in the academy who rule over it and everyone else, they reign from top elite backgrounds where most of the students have been related or had some type of connections to former or past champions/Elite four members, they are a privileged group who were brought up upon, as some would call it, royalty, their strength and power is not to be taken lightly, they are some of the few students who have Achieved mega evolution within the entire academy, however the pokemon who have been able to achieve this type of power with them have remained a secret, especially in battle. Every elite four member is summoned or chosen depending on background, ancestry, or power from each grade unit except the champion who can be dethroned or challenged by any grade unit, in other words, the champion can be a Keldeo freshman, or terrakion junior, depending on the strength, although, the champion has never been dethroned, the secret? no one knows, the Elites however harbor a very dark secret, one that will disrupt the balance between pokemon and humans forever.

Frontiers- One of the top two dominating groups in the academy, they oppose the Elites, feeling they should have the rank of the strongest and most powerful group in the school, although considered antagonists by some, they only wish to make a title for themselves in the pokemon elite world, wanting to disrupt the "royal" system being embodied into the Elites, they are a unique bunch who hail from different backgrounds, rural areas, dark pasts, low class history, although coming from the roughest and toughest pasts, they aren't taken as a joke by anybody, holding the title for second strongest in the world, they're pokemon are merciless beasts trained day in and day out to level even against the Elites, they are the one of the few students who have achieved Mega evolution in the academy. They are determined to uncover the dark secret the elites are harboring, fearing it might be something that can harm many innocent people.

If you wish to be in either the elite four or the frontiers please let me know but you must extend your background and describe your connection to the elites or what makes you unique to be in the frontiers, as of right now, the titles of champions for both the elites and frontiers has been taken, everything else is still open.
Arceus's Trinity- When trouble brews upon the Elites, Arceus's trinity are summoned, three mysterious cloaked figures who appear to protect any Elite four member, they are rivaled against Giratina's Triune which can only be summoned by the frontiers, they're limit of power is unknown, they do not fight with pokemon but rather have a mysterious way of using abilities just like pokemon.
Giratina's Triune- When trouble brews upon the frontiers, Giratina's Triune are summoned, three mysterious and powerful cloaked figures who appear to guard and secure any Frontier members safety, they are leveled equally against the Elites trinity, they are rumoured to be even more powerful than the Champion, they do not fight with any pokemon but instead have abilities they use which are a resemblance to a pokemon's.
