I'm sure many of you have heard of Lily and James Potter, but are not
sure how they have met. I'm sure you don't know a lot about them either.
Well get prepared, your going to get a huge shocker when you read this
story.
Well their whole "friendship" started a lot like Harry and Hermonie's. Lily Evens was a goody two shoes just like Hermonie. She knew all the spells out of book 1 before school started . James, on the other hand, was a lot like Harry. A laid back kid that didn't care for school.
Lily and James didn't really become friends until a very weird day in October. James and Sirius Black, his best friend, were walking out of potions when Sirius said to James, "I don't know why that Lily girl tries so hard in potions. Everybody knows that Professor never gives house points to other houses."
"Com'mon Sirius, don't be so mean. She's muggle born and she's not very rich so she's got to try hard. Besides Lily's really nice." replied James.
All Lily heard was what Sirius said. She didn't even stick around to hear what James said. Little did they know at the time that Lily liked Sirius.
During the rest of their classes they noticed she wasn't there. Not likes they cared or anything, it was just strangely quite. They figured she was with another professor or something of that nature.
At dinner that night they noticed that Lily wasn't there. "I wonder where Lily went. I mean she never misses class or dinner, and she wasn't as either." James thought to himself.
