After watching the criminal minds episode Alpha Male this is what I came up with.

The BAU

The BAU is like a ghost town

All the other FBI agents doing their thing

But time has slowed for Luke, Emily, Penelope, JJ, Tara, Stephen and Rossi

And everyone in the BAU around them seems to have slowed down

And everything and everyone else around seems to have stopped all the way to a crawl

Because without Dr. Spencer Reid around there is officially no normalize here in the BAU
