The Cacera Pacifica mer-animal moved with ease nearby its owner, shifting on the floor in flourescent bright yellow, rings over its darkened ears, and full of the kind of energy that merfolk often craved and wished upon themselves. Ash shifted, coal black tail, sandy as if it had come from the very sandy ocean floor, itself.

He had to become the Pokemon Master of them all, as he peeked at Pikachu, no longer angry enough to shock him, and generally, happy as he moved and 'rolled' along the sea floor, electric mouse like head, covered by two black rings over his ears and with enough of the kind of attitude that still could leave others in shock, headstrong and stubborn.

"You don't think Gary, and his pack of cheerleaders will be by again, do you?" Ash hadn't really slept well the night before even as he shifted his sea slug tail and considered just where they'd end up, if Pikachu stopped feasting on the Frillish before he could catch one.

Pikachu merely nuzzled closer as if to peek up at him and say, 'I can't tell you, if he will, but he probably will.'

Ash rolled his eyes shifted and moving just slightly away, waiting for the upcoming thunderbolt as he looked higher up in the sea, and pretended that he didn't see a shock of bright green and blue mertails pass by above him. Maybe Gary just wouldn't bother him today, when he was tired and wondering if his Pikachu, a mouse-like mer wasn't just as tired as he was.

The distance between towns never seemed quite so far before.
