Kamio walked along the sidewalk lost in his thoughts. He was not aware of the people around him, knocking into each other, for having to move out of his way to not get ran over. Kamio continued walking down the side walk. When he came to a stop he was at the entrance to the public tennis courts, he decided to have a look around. Kamio walked into the tennis courts, it was deserted, he thought about playing a game by himself but then decided against it. His thoughts would be to lost to concentrate on a game.

He let his mind wander.

Flashback

He was heading to Shinji's house to meet him so they could go over their homework. He headed out of the gate of the school and walked along the side walk. The sidewalk was empty of people. He hummed to himself cheerfully. He turned the corner and what he saw shocked him. He came to a halt, almost falling, but managing to catch himself, he could do this because of his tennis playing.

He saw Ann, and she was with Momoshiro, or as others called him Momo, a seigaku tennis player. They were walking hand in hand smiling. Kamio felt a sharp pain in his chest. He quickly ran past them before they could see the tears brimming in his eyes when they turned towards him.

Kamio ran without looking to see where he was going. Shinji's house was completely forgotten.

End of flashback

Now here he was almost home. His house was just up ahead. Kamio sighed, he felt depressed now. He opened the gate with his head down. When he looked up, what was there made him stop with his mouth hanging wide open.

"Hey Kamio," greeted Ann.

Ann was here. At his house. On his steps. Talking to him. He must be dreaming, his mouth was still open. He quickly snapped it shut.

"W-w-what are you doing here?" he stuttered.

"Because I want to talk to you," she replied smiling slightly.

Kamio was baffled. "Why?"

"Well..I wanted to explain myself….I know you saw me and Momo together."

Kamio stared at her.

"I'm sorry Kamio…"

"For what?"

"For hiding things from you," she replied.

"What were you hiding? That you are dating Momoshiro?Hmm?"Kamio didn't like being lied to.

"Yes….and I wanted to tell you that I broke up with him today."

"Whys that?" he was curious now.

"Because he tried to kiss me and I didn't like it." she simply replied.

'Oh. So that's why. What a crazy reason' thought Kamio."Okay, so why are you telling me this?"

"Because, I realized…..that I like you…not him" she replied softly.

Kamio was shocked. " W-w-what?"

"I like you ,"said Ann.

"How?" he asked.

"I don't know, I just do….how do you feel?" she asked.

"I…I…like you to" he replied embarrassed. His face was turning red.

Ann smiled. "That's great….now…want to go on a picnic?"

"Umm sure?" he said confused. 'A picnic? That sounds…fun…'he thought.

"Yay!Now lets go." she said grabbing a basket that had been beside her on the steps. Kamio wondered how he had not noticed that before.

She grabbed his hand and they walked out of the gate and headed towards the park.

Hmmm so how bad was it? XD I know its bad. Its also completely different from what I had written on my paper…while I was typing it I had a different idea and changed it…hehehe. Sooo please review!! Thank you
