A/N: My dearest Kaykuyo wanted a "Reno with a kitty" drabble,
because only she could possibly think up something that sickeningly
cute and make it worth my while. So here is the "Reno with a kitty"
drabble, for Kayku, because I love her.
Every day when Reno got home from work, he did the same things.
First, he would take off his shoes, leaving them lying next to the door where he could find them the next morning. Next, he would discard his jacket into the heap of trash and beer bottles, and other miscellaneous objects he didn't know he had.
But his favorite thing to do was curl up on the couch, with a couple of beers and what ever food he could find in his refrigerator, and sit. And when his kitten, Midnight came along, hopping up into his lap and nuzzling against him, he always felt at peace.
Sure, living in the Slums, and working at ShinRa wasn't really what he wanted out of life, but for Reno and Midnight, life couldn't get any better.
