Chapter 1=Here Comes the (SIC)ness
Seattle 06/05/2030
Logan Kael is patiently waiting for Max at his apartment. "Hey Max", Logan hollers as his best friend and girlfriend as she walked through the door. "Wassup", Max answers back. "I have a very important job for you and it requires immediate attention" Max asks Logan what it is and Logan says that Manticore is being attacked and overrun by nine superterrorists in evil masks and that if they are not stopped Seattle and everything else will be destroyed and total mayhem will rule.
Max ignores him and says, "This is something I can handle with ease, stop being so worried about me". "Be careful" Logan says. Meanwhile back at Manticore, The superterrorists were destroying everything and everyone in site. Their leader,the one who calls himself number (8) was sitting in Lydecker's chair and laughing hystically at what was transpiring. Then he called out to some of his associates. Number (5) and Number (6) brought Lydecker to the dreadlock wearing leader of the group.
"What is the meaning of all this? and what do you want from me", Lydecker said panickly. "We want to rule the whole fucking world and we need your technology to do it",Number (8) said. "Let him go, I want to see what the old man is made of",The associates did as they were told and Lydecker started to punch away at the masked maniac, but his punches had no effect on him and the evil leader picked up Lydecker by his throat and just ripped his head completely off, Blood started to gush out of Lydecker's body where his head once was. "That was too fucking easy",Number(8) said.
Manticore sent their last line of defense The X-7 Prototypes. but it was too late because little did they know that the superterrorists had a device for which they could control them. The X-7's circled the room and attemped to lunge at Number(8),but he activated the device and it started to make a loud screeching sound like razors that are scraped across a chalkboard. They all fell down in defeat and bow to their new leader.
