(enter any more disclaimer needed here, so basically I'm not a owner just a fan)

I have just watched season 1 episode 12 so this is based of no comic book knowledge and no further point in the TV series)

(This scene takes place after and during season 1 episode 10 (revenge of the rouges))

Eddie is thrown to one side after saving The Flash from Captain Cold and Heat Wave. The fight continues as he wonders, who is The Flash. The fight is soon over with the victorious flash, The Flash commands to have a word with Detective Thawne, so he follows him duty fully around the corner. He observes The Flash who has his back to Eddie, head down, hands on hips. he suddenly starts pacing, hands switching between hips and common thinking position. (elbow supported by one hand and the other wrapped around his chin with the index and middle finger on his cheek.)

"What is it you wanted to talk to me about? And privately too?" Eddie said with extreme curiosity. The Flash stares at Eddie with amusement with what he is really trying to say to him, that he is a hero, that he is Barry Allen. He starts to talk in his vibrating voice and quickly shaking face,

"If I tell you this you must promise me that you will never tell anyone, not your parents, siblings, friends of lover!" The Scarlet Speedster stated with intensity in an angered tone. "I promise, I promise" Eddie said with in a rushed voice, hands raised out slightly stretched in front of himself. The conversation is interrupted by the faint voice of coming from Barry's suit, he demanded that Barry did not tell the detective his true identity but with a push of his emblem the nagging stops.

The Flash's suit shined slightly under the light of the street lamp over head, he stops shaking his face and vibrating voice. The scarlet suit's hood peeled off his head to reveal his face.

He said hesitantly "its me.. its Barry, I'm The Flash. Eddie is shocked with his mouth open cannot process the information, he stares and shouts "Barry!" He lowered his voice, looks around and runs his hands through his hair, huffing in disbelief."Who knows about this? About you? Does Iris Know?" He whispered. Barry replied with "only you, Joe and the S.T.A.R. labs team know about this." "Iris can never know about this" Barry continued to say. "she won't, she will never know... But it is so cruel that she can't know, I mean this is her life now" Eddie replied. "I know, I know" Barry huffed out while putting back on his hood.

With a flash of red and yellow streaks The Flash vanished, Eddie was left standing there. alone, motionless. He begins the walk around the corner muttering in disbelief "The Flash is Barry!"
