Denmark/Prussia Ficlet 03
Summary: The kids take something Denmark says a little too literally. Kind of a "Day in the Life" story.
Disclaimer: I do not own Axis Powers Hetalia. I also do not have full custody of Issak and Viktor. They belong partially to my two RP partners.
Other notes: I have a hard time placing ages to Viktor and Issak, since I have no idea how exactly aging works for the countries and Viktor and Issak are the kids of a country and an ex-country. For the purposes of this ficlet, they look and act about six years of age.
Pairings for this ficlet are: Denmark/Prussia, Germany/Japan, Sweden/Finland, and Norway/Iceland.

The twins were terrified.
It was the day before Christimas. Uncle West, Aunt Japan, Uncle Sweden, Aunt Finland, Uncle Norway, and Aunt Iceland were going to be coming over. Denmark had been trying to Issak and Viktor to help Prussia get the house clean. Finally, Denmark had had it with the kids' resistance to helping and had told them that if he found anything of theirs on the floor, he was throwing it out.
The kids had been working on cleaning their room that morning, so Santa wouldn't break his neck when delivering their stockings. They came down at around noon to ask their mother if they could break for lunch, when they found Prussia sleeping on the living room floor.
Giving identical yelps of fear, the twins ran over to their mother, not bothering to question why exactly their mother was sleeping on the floor (after all, adults were kinda weird), and began trying to wake Prussia up. Much to their dismay, Prussia was out like a light and was not waking up.
Denmark, hearing some semblance of commotion, came downstairs to find out what was going on. He saw the twins frantically trying to shake Prussia awake…from where the albino was sleeping on the floor.
"Um…" he asked, "What's going on?"
The twins turned around, their faces bearing identical looks of pure terror.
"We're sorry!" Issak said, his voice squeaking slightly.
"We'll get him up!" Viktor said, also with a squeak in his voice, though the blonde haired child would never acknowledge it.
"Please don't throw Mommy in the trash!" the twins said together, looking like they were about to cry.
Denmark could hardly keep from laughing. These two were just so priceless somedays.
Some time during his struggle not to laugh, Prussia woke up.
"What's going on?" he asked, groggily.
"Why were you sleeping on the floor?" Denmark asked, confused as to why the albino would be on the floor in the first place, and still trying not to laugh at his kids. Prussia's expression went from half awake to mildly confused.
"But…I was on the couch…" he said.
"Well, you were sleeping on the floor. And the kids think I'm going to throw you in the trash."
Prussia looked from Denmark to the twins. When he saw the looks on their faces, he couldn't help it. He just started laughing.
The twins were confused.
"Why are you laughing, Mommy?" they asked.
"Daddy's not going to throw me in the trash." Prussia said. "If he does, he's not getting laid."
"…What?"
Prussia sighed. "Nevermind. I'll explain when you're older."
