I can't believe she lied to IRT! Just what the hell was she thinking listening to that bitch Brennan?! She's usually smarter than this! Why would she listen to someone neither of us know? It just doesn't make sense! I know she's been floundering since Al was killed, but seriously, letting Brennan into her head like this? It's not like her and I expected better from her. And that's why I reamed her out. Yeah, I'm pissed at her, there's no denying that, but in all honesty, I'm more disappointed. She's good police and I hate that she let a moment of weakness nearly destroy her career after she worked hard to get here. I don't want Brennan to bury her just to get to me. I don't trust her any more than I trusted Denny. Not gonna let her get twisted up like that again. I'll still play Brennan's game but if she screws with Burgess again, there's gonna be blood…
