"Tris" I thought. "How could I let this happen"

"Sir" the doctor, I think his name is Josh, said "the patient is ready to be operated on I'll give you a few minutes."

"Is there anything you can do to save her." I said worryingly

"No but we need to work fast if we want to save the babies."

Babies. When did this happen. "Ok, thank you doctor." Tris my Tris how could this happen. How could I let my love go. It's all my fault. If I had stayed with her then maybe I could have stopped David from killing her.

"Four" Dr. Josh was back, "we need to start the operation"

"I won't leave her" I said protectinglly

"Four, I know you love her but if we don't start operating soon then you will lose your children as well."

"Ok, I love you Tris."

16HOURS LATER

"Four you may come in now" said Josh

"Thank you, is it a boy or a girl"

"Both actually. Congratulations you have two very healthy children. Both boy and girl."

"That's incredible!" I said stunned "Can I see them"

"Of course. Right this way"

When I got there the nurse Darla was holding my children. "What do you want to name them" Darla said handing me my children.

There are so many names. But I think I know just the right names. "Will and Natalie"

"That is beautiful. Would you like a picture"

"Yes thank you." After Darla snapped a photo, she left me so that I could have some alone time.

"Hi I'm your daddy" I said reassuringly. "Tris, my love, I want you too know that we have two beautiful children. I named them Will and Natalie. He has your hair and my eyes. I see you in his face every time I look at him. She has my hair and your eyes. Will has my nose and Natalie has yours. They remind me of you so much. They will be just like you. They will be brave, smart, kind, honest, selfless, and most importantly spectacular in their own ways. They will grow up hearing stories about you. You were courageous. I love you so much and I will never love anyone else the same way I did to you. I was going to marry you. I bought the ring and everything. I was going to ask you when we git everyone safe.
