"You know what Marko? Maybe I WILL leave! That'd make you happier wouldn't it?"
"Maybe it would! The further you're away from me the BETTER!"
"I HATE YOU MARKO!"
All goes silent in the cave. David, Paul and Dwayne all stop talking and start staring at both me and Marko. Star and Laddie both try and ignore the situation.
I purse my lips for a moment, turning away before anyone can see the tears that threaten to fall down my face.
"Get out." Marko growls.
"Marko I-"
"GET OUT BEFORE I KILL YOU!" He screams.
Leave me with your complications Take your life, you feel like taking mine...
"Fine.. I'll leave." I whisper and silently make my way out of the cave.
Paul goes to get up and follow me but David stops him. "She needs time." He explains.
I exit the cave and find a group of teens partying. While throwing away the corpses from my feeding I feel the sun rising and go back to the cave but sleep in an empty room close to where we usually sleep, planning to work things out with Marko the next night.
Little did I know that would be the last time I saw Marko, alive at least.
"MARKO NO!" I sob hysterically into his jacket, cradling his dead body.
On my own I'm nothing, just bleeding I'm not kissing you goodbye...
Paul crawls over to me and tries to pry me away from Marko, but I refuse to let go and cling to him even more.
"Little sister... You have to let go." He whispers.
I shake my head. "I...I didn't get to say sorry to him. WE FOUGHT PAUL! I TOLD HIM I HATED HIM! AND NOW I CAN'T TAKE IT BACK!"
Don't let me go, don't say goodbye, cause you know I'm not alive...
David and Dwayne stay silent before David kneels in front of me. "We'll get our revenge Shannon. As soon as the sun is down." He says quietly.
I whip my head around to face David with an angry look. "I don't CARE about revenge David!" He shrinks back slightly as I turn back to Marko.
"I just want Marko back." I whisper as a tear falls down my cheek.
I'm not kissing you goodbye...
