The mis-adventures of Dial-up boy
(Post entity)
Authors note: Okay, so this story is a little crazy, but I have a good friend who always calls our pal Davies 'Dial-up Boy'. This story is for her. Go Mel!
Anyways, on to the crazy story;
Walter Davies felt extremely happy.
Today he thought, perhaps it would be different. Perhaps he would get an opportunity to go off-world.
Walking from his quarters, Walter smiled broadly as Major Carter walked by in the opposite direction. "Hi Walter." She said hello! What a great day! "Hello, Major Carter."
Grinning even more broadly as he walked down the corridor, Walter was surprised as a door suddenly came into his vision. "What- Ahhh!" Slamming into the door, Walter flew backwards and landed on the hard cement floor, Colonel O'Neill's report flying all around him. "Sorry Davies." Damn airmen. He thought as the criminal door opener walked away without even an apology.
"No problem." He muttered under his breath. Oh, what a great day.
Collecting the papers, Walter headed to Colonel O'Neill's office. The door was open as he walked inside, leaving the report on his desk, Walter began leave. Pulling at the door handle, Walter was surprised to find the door handle stuck. "Hello?" He called, banging on the glass. Damn.
Thinking quickly, Davies walked up to O'Neill's desk, above it, on the ceiling was the only way out. An air vent.
"Here we go." He whispered to himself, climbing onto the desk. He pulled open the grating, and began to climb up.
In all Davies thoughts, he forgot about the Security camera, watching him from the corner.
(Meanwhile in the control room): Major Norman laughed as he watched Major Davies lock himself in colonel O'Neill's office. As himself, Colonel Markchof and Lt. Graham laughed, in camera nineteen, a black shadow shot three officers before dragging them off screen....
Davies snarled to himself as he tried desperately to fit through the small hole. A little further...he thought to himself, just a little further
His face contorted into a look of absolute horror as the sound of bending metal reached his ears.
"Uh oh." Were his only words before he tumbled through the hole and landed with a crash on Jack O'Neill's desk, in a hailstorm of falling dust.
Climbing from the room that now looked like a bombshell had exploded, Davies rubbed his sore back before going to tug on the door again. He had just started hitting to door with his shoulder, when the door flew open and Davies, plus the person on the other side, landed on the cement.
Quickly getting up, Davies glanced at the person he had knocked down, the man he noted had been knocked down as there head hit the cement. Whoops.
"Hello?" He asked, checking the man's pulse. Around fifteen soldiers poured from each direction. Each holding their P90, aimed at both men.
"What's going on?" Davies asked loudly. One of the men stepped forward. "This man broke into the SGC, killed three guards and attacked the men in camera room two. Good work taking him down." Davies looked down in shock. "Yeah." He said recovering quickly. "Yeah, I thought he looked suspicious."
Checking his watch, Major Davies quickly realised he was meant to be in the control room. Running down the corridors, he entered the room, full of people and General Hammond to find electricity pouring from the consoles.
It was just one of those days.
END!
Hey, I know it's crazy, but I just wanted to point out that Dial-up boy (Major Walter Davies) deserves some respect. He is a really original character and a funny one! Watch out for him in 'Zero Hour' season 8.
(P.s: If you live in Aus, and have Foxtel, a season 3 stargate marathon on channel 1 (Tv1) this Friday. 6th of August. Lol)
