"Go typhlosion" I shouted with all my might he let out a loud roar and demonstrated his power with a powerful flamethrower the crowd screamed in excitement that's when I heard a familiar voice shout "IT'S BREAKFAST!" I stumbled out of bed and let out a small sigh my dream would one day be fulfilled. As I got dressed I wore my favourite black shirt with white stripes and put on my old jeans I walked down stairs "yes" I said under my breath, it was my favourite breakfast homemade pancakes with whipped cream and lots of gooey maple syrup. "Why this I asked" I normally had this food on special occasions "because you're gonna be working your first day at the daycare today" my mum said I looked at my dad and he smiled. You see I have a dream, but right now I'm stuck at this old daycare helping my parents look after Pokemon. For most of the day I was at the counter taking people's smiling and giving them back the only difference was today I was getting payed to do it, but when I went out to feed them I noticed a blue egg next sitting by itself with a strange pattern on it. I showed it to my dad and he went outside to give it to the trainer whose Pokemon laid the egg, then two men approached with a purple uniform with a white R on their chest. They seemed very suspicious they went around placing weird items everywhere, then my dad approached them to ask what they were doing. They punched him in the jaw and then continuously started beating him like he was a rag doll they walked away and pressed a button. I went to go help my dad then all of a sudden a enormous explosion went off knocking me off my feet then I quickly looked behind me everything was destroyed my once beloved home now engulfed in a quickly spreading fire then all of a sudden I heard my dad calling me over "Caleb" I sat down next to him keeping him up "I'm here" I replied "Caleb promise me you'll get revenge" he coughed a little blood "there called team rocket there bad people" he paused "take this egg travel the region just promise me" "promise me you'll end them" "I will dad" "I will" he fell into a deep sleep, a sleep he'd never wake up from. I shed a tear everything I had was now gone. I got out my pokegear called officer Jenny and just like that I left I have a goal and I will for fill it take down team rocket…
