war never changes doesnt it? well it did when the world was destroyed by a nuclear bomb in 2077. the U.S was at war with china and the cold war still continued.but thats not what this is about. i, the narrator, am here to tell you a story about a city called the underworld. now what is the underworld exactly? well im here to tell you its not a place where demons belong. it was a home to supermutants before a whole troop of survivors raided the place and called it home. and was the first city that was ever built. the founder of the underworld was nicknamed hades, because that was the god who ruled it. basically the founder is named maxwell romincio. a beloved millionaire and playboy philanthropist. that was until the bomb detonated and created a nuclear apocalypes. maxwell was a well known survivor and never went into the vaults made by vault-tech. but later over the years the founder, maxwell "hades" romincio, had passed away from radiation poisoning, old age, and open wounds in battle. and shortly after his passing the folks who supported him named the city, the underworld. to remind them of the founder of thier new homes.
