This is the first thing I ever wrote, so go easy one me. I decided to write a short one shot. Enjoy!

Casey's POV
I've been sitting in my room for the past half an hour listening to the loud, rock music coming from Derek's room. I promised myself that if I was going to try to be nice to Derek. If I don't try to be nice, there's no way he would be nice to me. So, I've been holding my tongue every time he teases me, or uses the last bit of hot water in the shower, or eats my cereal, or hides my textbooks, or… Or… OR! Wait… I'm getting off topic. So, here I am, not pretending that everything that Derek is doing is not bothering me just like I have been doing for the past 3 weeks.
oOo 30 minutes later oOo
Okay, I don't think I can handle this anymore! I'm going to give Derek a piece of my mind!
Nobody's POV
Casey stomps into Derek's room unexpectedly and starts yelling at him with all everything she had been holding in for the past 3 weeks.
"DE-REK! Don't you know how to be quiet?! You've been listening to this music pounding from your speakers and maybe you didn't realize, but there are other people in this house, namely me! You know the person in the room next to you who just happens to be trying to do her homework?! Which reminds me, when was the last time you did your homework?! Huh? I bet you're so busy pranking me everyday to even try to do your homework. Maybe you didn't know, but I am trying to be nicer to you. Maybe you should try the same? Hmm?"
Through all of Casey's ranting, Derek simply sat on his bed pleasantly smiling up at her. Casey was confused. She had no idea why Derek was not retorting with some remark just to bug her some more.
"Derek! Aren't you going to say anything?!"
Derek slowly stood up and walked the few feet away Casey was and looked into her eyes seriously. Casey stared back, waiting for his snide reply. Derek walked even closer to Casey, if that was possible, and gave her his infamous Derek smirk and said…
"Nice to have you back, Casey." Then, he smoothly walked around Casey, towards the door.
