Life on Vegeta
Xy paced his room. It had been a year and a half since he and Jaika had become lovers, he thought it was the right time to do it but he wanted his brother's advice. Piccolo was great like that, you could ask him anything and he'd give you really good advice without influencing your decision. Piccolo was on his way to the planet Vegeta and would be there in about 3 days. Xy couldn't wait, they hadn't seen each other for 5 months and that was too long as far as the two twins were concerned.
So Xy waited in anguish for 3 long days. Jaika had started to worry about her boyfriend. Maybe being a couple with the queen of a planet was too much for him, she felt like he had been avoiding her. Her worries drifted away when Piccolo arrived, Xy became as active and caring as ever. On the night of Piccolo's arrival she left them in the small study to talk.
Piccolo sat in front of a blazing fire, Xy sat across from him in the large comfy chair. Piccolo then turned away from the fire and said, "What's wrong Xy? Is everything ok with you and Jaika?"
Xy sighed "No, everything's fine. I'm just worried that she react to a question badly and I wanted your opinion"
"My opinion? Well, what's the question?"
"I was. Erm. I was going to ask her to-"
"To what! Tell me already!"
"I was going to ask her to marry me"
"Marry you?"
Xy looked sad and slumped down in his chair "Yeah, dumb idea. Forget I said anything"
"What? No way! I think you should go for it!"
He then sat bolt upright in his chair "Really?"
"Why not? You love her and she loves you. Just ask her. Do you have a ring?"
"I've had one for three weeks"
"That's why you couldn't wait for me to get here"
"How should I ask her?"
"Well, you just leave that up to me. Just be in a place at a time that I say and ask her ok?"
"Ok. Are you sure?"
"YES!"
"Alright. I'm going to bed. See you in the morning" Xy then walked out of the room with a big smile on his face. Piccolo on the other hand resumed staring into the fire. He was thinking of how to do this. To get Jaika and Xy in a romantic place all alone, when one of them is queen of a planet it's kind of hard.
