LOLLYPOPS
Tony walks in to the ncis squad room holding a giant colour full lolly pop in one hand and a basket full of more Lolly's for the rest of the team. "um umm" he says licking the giant treat.
the smile quickly got wiped of his face though as sitting at his desk is his farther. "f.f..father what bring you here?" when his father notices him and the colourful treat his face frowns and darkens while Tony's pales and turns as white as a sheet.
"whats that son you KNOW not to dis are family name by eating childish things like that." with this the older dinizzo grasp the treat and steps on it crushing it into the ground, if possible Tony's face gets paler
and takes a step back from his father in horror thinking of the past.
Gibbs who was also getting out of the elevator holding his coffee flavored lolly pop treat from tony silently steps in between the two hoping to provide a shield for tony and also to stop his father from doing anything to hurt his team mate and secret lover, he has herd the story's from tony himself about his horror filed past.
"do you not know how much work i have put into are name and you go and rune it with stupid childish acts. You really are useless Jr every thing you do brings trouble on others that's how your mother died because of your stupid childless acts." Tony's father was so angry at his son he didn't even realise that Gibbs was the one he was yelling to or the one he raised his fist at ready to Punch in the face only to be blocked and twisted behind his back by Gibbs.
"sorry sir but that's not the right way to great your only son know is it? and I'll think you'll find that the lolly pops maybe childish to some but to tony and the rest of us its a treat for the soul and something that tony spent a lot of time choosing because he wanted to brighten are spirits after a hard case now I suggest you leave this building right know or i shall charge you for assault."
"fine ill go but this isn't the end and for the record I no longer have a son" Tony's face paled even feather if that was possible and looked like he might collapse which brought a smile to his fathers face as he was leaving the building.
"come on tony I'm sure everyone else will love your gift and nothing you do is childish to me by the way. how about we take the rest of the day off and i give you my own sweet surprise."
Gibbs was relived that Tony's face got less pale and more redder "thanks boss that sounds like the best idea ever but can we go get another lolly on the way back my ones all over the floor."
"of course tony, come on lets go baby I can barley wait."
