Sissi sat at the table alone, trying to hold in the teardrops because it would ruin her make up she put on to look oh so hot for him, but when she got the dance, she was in his arms. And they looked so perfect for each other. It took nearly three years, but Ulrich and Yumi finally got together. Sissi sat by herself during the slow dance because everyone had a partner. Jeremie had Aelita. Odd had Sam. Theo had Emily. Even Hiroki was with Milly. Sissi was about to just leave and go back to her dorm for the night when another figure approached. "May I sit here?" the figure said sitting down. "Oh yeah, sure William, you can sit." Sissi responded. William sat down and looked into her eyes. "Are you OK, Sissi?" William asked. Sissi turned to him and said, "I'm just a little upset. That's all." William knew what she was upset about. "I'm guessing it's about those two over there?" William said looking towards Ulrich and Yumi's direction. Sissi nodded her head and said, "How'd you know?". William grinned a little. "It's no rumor that you're crazy over Ulrich. You can ask anyone in the whole school who you like and they'll all say 'Ulrich'." Sissi couldn't help but giggle a little. "Yeah, I guess you're right. I just don't know what it is about Yumi that he is just crazy over. I mean, I'm just as pretty as she is, if not more." The tears started to well up in her eyes again. "I know exactly how you feel. I'm just as much as crazy over Yumi as you are of Ulrich. I don't know what he has that I don't. I used to think Yumi and I were meant for each other, but, seeing her with Ulrich, I don't see her last name being Dunbar someday." Sissi turned back to him. "It's weird, isn't it? The two people we're in love with are in love with each other. This sounds like one of those situations that happen in a romance movie." William stood up. "Everyone else seems to be having a good time at the dance. Why aren't we?" Sissi just shrugged. "Well how about we dance?" Sissi stood up then. "Sure, why not?" They both walked over to the dance floor and William put his hands around her waist and Sissi put her arms around his neck. They both began dancing and Sissi rested her head on William's chest. As soon as she did that, both William and Sissi completely forgot Yumi and Ulrich existed. After they danced for a little while they stepped out of the gymnasium. "Do you want to go see a movie with me?" William asked. "I'd like that." Sissi responded. And they began walking to the movie theater, hand in hand.
I know it sounds like a little rushed, but yeah you know I'm kind of new at writing stories.
